Capital Health Plan (CHP) and founding partners including World Class Schools, Leon County School District and Titus Sports Academy formed a partnership to provide students with developmental physical activity by incorporating training principles used at Titus. The overall goal is to develop a fitness program for students to improve their health and promote life-long wellness. This program is now implemented in five surrounding counties: Calhoun, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty and Wakulla.
